A simple walk through Pittsburgh's Cultural District can be as enjoyable as a performance in one of the five theaters. The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, working with the City of Pittsburgh, has installed new brick sidewalks, streetlights, and granite curbs. In addition the streets throughout the Cultural District have been lined with Bradford pear trees.
